Q. How long does it take to make the item I ordered?

A. All items are made after an order has been placed. Production time is 4-8 business days (before shipping).

Q. When my order will arrive?

A. Most orders are shipped via USPS and take 2-8 business days to arrive.

Q. Where it is made?

A. All items are designed by me in my home studio in Canada and then printed by a professional textile company in the U.S. The company may use some sourced materials such as blank pre-made shower curtains or bath mats to print my original designs. Sourced materials are labeled accordingly.

Q. Where it is shipped from?

A. Most orders are shipped from the U.S., wall art shipped from Canada.

Q. What if my item arrived damaged or has a printing defect?

A. Please contact me as soon as possible and provide photos showing damage or defect. Upon receiving your photos, I will send you a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. Important: claims can't be accepted after 30 days period.
